She was predeceased by: her parent Colonel James McCormick Foley (Loyette); her husband Harry Carlton Bell Jr.; and her parent Ailene Maddox Foley Everest (Charles). She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Bell Kellogg (L. C.) and Harry Carlton Bell, III (Ann); her grandchildren, Amy Kellogg Milton (Chris), Courtney Kellogg Passarella (Michael), Foley Bell Holditch (Robby) and Harry Carlton Bell, IV (Katy); and her great grandchildren, Tatum, Cooper Milton, Davis, Mary Lewis, Sydney Passarella, Ann Carlton, Grace Holditch and Harry Carlton Bell.
