Annis, III; her children, Markeba "Dee-Dee" Purnell, Demitchius Justice (Monica) and Travis Harris (Wendy); her grandchildren, Carrie of Shawn, Jalik, Kandence and Shakeese; her sisters, Toni Malone, Denise Smith (Kenneth), Alma Warner (Jerry), Tammie Townsend (Theo), Marshell Jones, Melisa Marshall (Mike), Sheryl Nedab (Floyd), Connie Bradford, Valerie Van Landingham and Keva Gunter (Darryl); her aunt Connie Mae Kinsey; and her stepmother Juanita Mapp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
As an outreach worker for the Eastern Shore Health District, she made countless contributions to her community and was recognized for her service.
