He is survived by: his wife Katherine Milbourne of Pocomoke, MD; his children, Bessie Ann Milbourne of Dover, DE, Brenda Williams (James) of Newport, DE, Rudolph Milbourne, Donald Milbourne, Jr. of Pocomoke, MD, Dennis Milbourne of Newport, RI, Lachelle Collick of Pocomoke, MD, John Collick, Jr. (Shanita) of Princess Anne, MD, Katrina Mason (Tracy) of Pocomoke, MD and Koreiyah Collick of Statesville, NC; his granddaughter Katherine; and his sisters, Barbara Anne King of Princess Anne, MD, Phyllis Wharton of Withams, VA and Justine Holden of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives.
