With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Jex Woolley of Washington, Utah, who passed away on September 12, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Jex Woolley to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Claude Woolley and Catherine Woolley; and his daughter Wendy. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Duke (Kelly); and his children, Allison (Steve Olson), Jeff (Stacie), Kristin, Catherine (Doug Jensen) and Mark (Jill). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dixie Hospice who supported our family through the final days for which we are forever grateful.
