He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma Lucille Rostron Nielsen and Gilmer B Nielsen; his wife Emma Louise Nielsen (Clark); and his siblings, Emil James Nielsen and Cora Lou Nielsen Fotheringham of San Jose, California..
He is survived by: his son Larry Gilmer Nielsen; his daughter-in-law Dawn Marie Nielsen of Roy, Utah; his daughter Sandra Kay Jenkins (Nielsen) of Washington, Utah.; his brother Gilmer R Nielsen of Provo, Utah.; and his grandsons, Brendan Joseph of Clearfield, Kyle Joseph of Clearfield, Oliver Abbott and Benjamin Jenkins of Cedar City, Utah.. He is also survived by his three children: daughter.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Toquerville LDS Chapel (63 Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville, UT 84774). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Toquerville City Cemetery (191 Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville, UT 84774).
