He is survived by: his wife Delia of Syracuse, UT; and his children, Nicholas Smith (Shellie) of Saratoga Springs, UT, Nathaniel Smith (Jami Ann) of Syracuse, UT, Nicole Potter (Samuel) of Layton, UT, Nathan Smith (Shawna) of Clinton, UT and Richard Smith (Katherine) of Provo, UT.
