He is survived by: his parents, William Carter and Nellie Carter; his spouse Audrey; and his children, Tom Carter (Jana) of Mapleton, Julie Wilkinson (Bill) of Hanford, Jenny Funk (Phil) of Kaysville and Diana Bray (Bryce) of Springville. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great grandson.
