She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Laird and Martha Davies Laird (Nellie); her spouse Carl LaMont Mecham; her children, Gary Mecham (Susan), Annette Nielsen (Steven), Chris Mecham (Roz), Michelle Ferguson (Kim) and David Mecham; and her great grandchild Lillian Rae Montague. She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
