He is survived by: his daughter Hailey; his siblings, Dave Novotny (Angie), Edward Novotny, Christine Hart (Jeff) and Nicole Smith (Mark); his nephews, Tom Novotny (Jacqueline) and Tyler Hart; his niece Sarah Crosby (Steve); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Clayton, Luke, Tucker, Vivienne and Cecilia; and his friends, Nick DeLand, Steve Andrus, Zane Opfar, Jeff Jones and Zeri (Susie McCurtain Cheese).
