He is survived by: his close friend Odin; his parents, Freda and Jose; his spouse Laurie; his children, Ray, Shelbie, Connor, Caden and Isabelle; and his mother-in-law Holly Peterson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
He competed as a young man, building an impressive foundation to be continually built upon until his final bout in life began.
