With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Orville Evershed (Sandy, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard Orville may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard Orville touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Evershed and Laura Braithwaite Evershed; and his children, Pascal Meyer (Robyn), Jason Evershed, Monique Richards (Jimmy), Nikki Ostler (Ryan) and Tommy Evershed.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary (1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
