She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis and Shirley Nelson (Francis). She is survived by: her husband Rex; her children, Cody Smith (Sheena), Alisha Kurtz (Andy) and Adriane Smith; her grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Kingston Smith, Collins Kurtz and Hazie Kurtz; her stepparents, Larry Nelson (Darlene) and Linda Francis; and her brothers, John Francis and James Francis. She is also survived by sister- and brother-in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
