He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey Hackard and Mildred Kesler; and his former wife Sandy Kesler. He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Kelsey and David Kesler; his children, Tommy (Kellie) and Katie (Sam Waites); and his grandchildren, Patrick Kesler, Molly Kesler and Sutton Waites.
