She is survived by: her husband Huron Alvin Polnac Jr.; her children, Vickie Louise Smolek of Greenville, TX and Mark Andrew Polnac of Temple, TX; her granddaughter Alyssa Caroline Polnac of Abilene, TX; and her siblings, Kathrine Guymon of Milwaukie, OR and Earl Kehr of Annapolis, MD..
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salt Lake City Chinese Christian Church (1910 E 3900 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84124). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
