He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Osborn; his sons, Warren (James) and James; his mother Jane White MacKay; and his sisters, Sara Jane Adamson and Joanna MacKay Sloan. He is also survived by many in-laws and other extended family members, and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (2034 Great Falls St, Falls Church, VA 22043). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3750 South Hillside Ln, Salt Lake City, UT 84109).
