He was predeceased by: his parents, Erva Andrea Hansen and Joy Lars Peterson; his brother Merlin; and his former wife Sharon Kay. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Stratton (Derral) and Sherrill Newby (Kenneth); his sister-in-law Carrie Peterson; and his children, Karissa Dunn (Danl), Rachel Simonis (Shane), Jaime Peterson and Andrew Stringham (Megan). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
