He is survived by: his children, Rebekah Legg-Merrell (Terry) and Richard Harlan Legg, Jr. (Erika); his niece Vickie Shipp; and his grandchildren, Logan Merrell, Kristopher Legg, Elisabeth Legg, Sarah Legg (Kocherhans) and Shion Legg.
