She was predeceased by: her father William Edward Wiggins; her stepparents, Ranae Chaffee Wiggins and Eli Zagarich; and her siblings, Terry and Bonnie Wiggins.
She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Ann Chrisman Wiggins; her husband Boyd Dorrell Barney; her children, Cheryl Barney, Susan Barney (Leonard) and Stephen Barney (Crystal); her grandchildren, Hailee, Khloie, Tori, Star and Olivia; and her siblings, Jim, Charlie, Michael, David and Melody (Tracy).
