He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Douglas Jeppson, Tonya and David Adams. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Adams and Natalie Jeppson Adams; his son Tristen Adams; his wife Keliah; his sons, Josiah and Abel; his brother Brendon; his grandparents, Rudy and Myrna Carnesecca; his parents-in-law, Mike and Beth Leino; his brothers-in-law, Josh (Heather) and Aaron; and his cousin Christopher Esquivel (Rocky). He is also survived by nieces & nephew, aunts, uncles & cousins.

“I am Kristin Wilson and I was Tyler's fourth grade teacher at Joaquin Elementary in Provo, UT. He was a delightful young man, full of life and fun to work with. I was especially fond of him because his Grandma Myrna is a dear friend of mine. Just recently, I encountered Tyler, his mom and his grandma and we enjoyed a brief visit.
