He is survived by: his wife Ethel Hood; his children, Lorna Hood of Jackson, WI, Gwen Parkinson (Kirk) of Mapleton, UT, Jean Dean (David) of Woodland, UT, Kathryn (Ted Parsons), Peru, LaDawn Bollinger (Steve), Jolene Nosack (Kris) of Orem, UT, Thomas Hood (Paige) of Orem, UT, James Hood (Janel) of St. George, UT and David Hood of Mapleton, UT.; his siblings, Jean Harrison (Virden) of Modesto, CA, Mary Henderson (Lael) of Provo, UT, Lovina Josslin (Bruce) of Herald, CA and Vaughn Hood (Jane) of Auburn, WY.; and his siblings-in-law, David Reese Bunnell of Logan, UT and Theodocia Hymas Atkin of Provo, UT.
He was also preceded by his great granddaughter, Jenivee Clawson; granddaughter, Terra Parkinson and daughter-in-law, Christy Hood.
