He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Russell and Dorothy Woods Tanner. He is survived by: his children, Brazil, Portugal and London; his wife Madlyn Gillespie; his children, Elizabeth, Charlotte Poulton (Chet), Stephen (Jodi) and Poulton; his grandchildren, Cameron (Hallie), Ian and Abigail; his great grandchild Warren; and his brothers, Nathan C. Tanner and David K. Tanner.
