He is survived by: his sister Annette (Ted Fitzgerald); his wife SuEllen Nordfelt of Moab; and his daughters, Tralaye (Randy Matthews), Cason, Jayde (Jerzy), Mallory (Lucas Miller) and Ryker (Conrad).
