He is survived by: his children, Kevin Ashworth of Los Angeles, CA, Melanie Swenson (Charles) of Logan, UT, Julia Ashworth of Provo, UT, Nathan Ashworth of Provo, UT, Emily Allred (Reid) of Foxfield, CO and Jared Ashworth (Kristie) of Thousand Oaks, CA; and his siblings, Victoria Rogers of Enoch, UT, Tanya Hainsworth of Spokane, WA, Penelope Ashworth of Cedar City, UT, Michael Ashworth of Clinton, UT, David Ashworth of Clinton, UT and Stephen Ashworth (Sandy). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
