We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2022, at the age of 73, Paul Ruffner (Provo, Utah), born in Santa Monica, California passed away. He is survived by: his wife Lael Ruffner (Bower); and his children, Shannon Coleman (Chad), Bryon (Tracie), Kellene Apple, Brett (Lisee), Erin Perry (Greg) and Bradley (Abbie). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
