He is survived by: his mother Darlene Sue Eutsler Madden of Vernal, UT; his wife Mary Diane Roberts of Rangley, CO; his sons, Travis Madden (Mindi) of Price, Nick Madden of Price and Matt Madden of Rangely, CO; and his siblings, Kellie Ilene, Mary Houle, Jamie Hellyer, Mikel Madden, Reba Lewis, Jason Lewis, Carrie Ann Rodeback and Porter Lewis. He is also survived by his wife, sons, grandchildren and friends.
