Jensen; his wife Rayne Jensen; his sons, Kerwin C. of Cleveland and Zachary LaVar Jensen (Savannah) of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Acacia Frankie Jensen, Monica Marie Jensen, Kaselyn, Remington Nelson, Lynde Komar (Trevor), Savahana Hansen (Chans), Alexis Gleave (Austin) and Dax Hall; his siblings, WynnAnn Cowley of Cleveland, Cal Jensen (Jeana) of Cleveland, DonnVee Jeffs (Todd) of Cleveland, Castle Dale of Cleveland, Blaine Jensen (Joel) of Cleveland and TyRen Jensen (Yvonne) of Cleveland; and his sister-in-law Sarah Tabije (Michael). He is also survived by 12 nephews and 10 nieces.
