She was predeceased by: her children, Emily, Michael, Stephen Jr. and Elijah; and her husband Stephen C. Taylor.

She is survived by: her brothers, Gilbert Burkman and Rudolph Burkman. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.

Many funeral expenses are covered but some unexpected costs have arisen with the burial and headstone, any donations made would be extremely appreciated.
