She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Patten and Clarice Van Patten of Springville, Utah.; her husband Ammisie; her siblings, Shirley (Snow), Edith (Bowcutt), June (Hinckley) and Frank; her daughters, Carolyn (Ruiz) and Elaine (Jenkins); and her grandson Bruce.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis and Jon; and her pet Belle. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren.
