She was predeceased by: her significant other Carl; her parents, Leon Giles and Eliza Giles; and her sisters, Annette Giles Byland and Geraldine Giles Seaman.

She is survived by: her sons, Victor (Valerie), Joseph (Nanette), Walter (Jill) and Alan (Natalie); her brothers, David (Peggy), Pete (Deana) and Sam (Leslie); and her caregivers, Heaven and Hallie of Hospice. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
