He was predeceased by: his parents, Randy Blaine Pendley and Rosemary Pendley; and his siblings, Tami Frandsen and Kevin Pendley. He is survived by: his daughter Lexie Nicole Pendley; and his brother Blaine Pendley (Maryann).
