She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Irvin and Fay Melissa Kid Brooks; her husband Andrew Hunter Wignall; her daughter Carolyn Thorpe; her siblings, Lorna, Janice, Irvin and Jerry; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Gibson and Tanya Gibson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Wignall and Annette Gibson (Timothy); and her siblings, Gloria Blanco and Burton Brooks. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and 2 Great Great grandchildren.
