With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Blaylock of Pleasant Grove, Utah, born in Heber City, Utah, who passed away on July 9, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Connie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Connie. Though Connie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T Clayburn (Tom) and Norine Clayburn; her brothers, Robert, Thomas and Lynn Clayburn; and her granddaughter Havalee Blaylock.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Blaylock (Shauna), Derek Blaylock (Stephanie) and Damon Blaylock (Kristy). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
