She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Clinton Madsen and Elizabeth Fox Madsen; her daughter Lynanne Field Swensen; her granddaughter Amber Swensen; her great grandchild Marshall Brown; and her siblings, Clinton, Olive, Audrey, Beverly, Earl, Raymond, Wendell and Carol.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Ellis, Gaylynn (Dale Broderick), Donald (Becky Field), Mathew (Kimberly Field), Jeff (Sherry Field), Chris (Jilynne Field) and Elizabeth Field; and her sisters, Suzy Privett and Mary Lynn Evans.
