She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Pete Slot and Esther Cole Slot; her brothers, George Slot, Kerry Slot and Gary Slot (Annie); her brother-in-law Norm Dodgen (Charlene); and her children-in-law, Edward Fernandez, Jeff Hall and Kathy Neilson.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Jay Neilson; her children, Roxane Fernandez, Rod Neilson and Kim Hall; and her siblings, Charlene Dodgen, Connie Sacket (Paul) and Lewis Slot (Cyndy). She is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
