He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Howell and Donna Howell; and his siblings, Dale, Rex and Colleen.
He is survived by: his wife Ronnette; his son Dustin (Rachel); his grandchildren, Eliyanah and Serenity; and his sister Kaleen Howell.
