He is survived by: his wife Delma Poulsen; his children, Jaylene Poulsen Cortez of North Ogden, Allen Poulsen of Sunset, Robert Poulsen of Kanosh and Raymond Poulsen; and his grandsons, Jayson Poulsen and Adam Poulsen. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
