He was predeceased by: his grandfather Don. He is survived by: his father Rex Averett; his wife Carla; his sons, Riley (Alissa) and Skyler (Ashlie); his mother Liz Averett; and his siblings, Nate (Mandi), Amy (Kelly) and Jenny.
