With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Roy Birrell (Mount Pleasant, Utah), born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on September 28, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Birrell; his children, Dana and Mark; and his siblings, David and Patricia.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Leiann), Melissa (Mike), Douglas (Melissa) and Kara (Jeff). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
