He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Foster and Maxine Foster; his spouse Letha Porter; his children, Steven Foster (Derinda), Jane Tuttle (Greg), Dan Foster, Karen Blain (Joe), Cynthia Foster and Nathan Foster (Leslie); and his siblings, Joan Pace (Dean) and Leland Foster (Linda). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
