He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel and Clarence; and his siblings, Mark and Alice. He is survived by: his former spouse Temple of Utah; his wife Dorothy; his children, Debra (Alan), Doreen (Kerry), Darwin (Tami), Deanna (Jeff), David (Katrina) and Dawna (Azmie); and his brother Ray (Ruth). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
