With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Royal J. Rigby in Layton, Utah, who passed away on December 18, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Francies; his siblings, Max, Ken, Alfred Rigby, Ruth Olson and Lucille Stevens; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Rigby, Sondra Rigby, Cal Olson, Leo Stevens and Norlan Walker.
He is survived by: his close friend Francies McRae Rigby; his sister Sheron Walker of Kaysville, UT.; and his children, Mike Rigby (Kathy) of Layton, Patricia Shurtz (Dave) of Roy, Shauna Sherrow (Jay) of Blanding, David Rigby (Jeri) of Layton and Renee Palmer (Wayne) of Blanding. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren and 74 great-grandchildren.
