He is survived by: his wife Eleonore Flackman of Clearfield, Utah; his children, Richard Flackman (Crystal) of Clearfield, Utah, Deborah Ivie of Waverly and Decca Flackman of Clearfield, Utah; and his siblings, Bill Flackman of Eugene, Scott Flackman of Eugene, Oregon and Kay Pierce (Dick) of Eugene, Oregon. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
