He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Phillip and Gail Hoppie Pack. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Diane Baker; his children, Halie Irizarry (David), Connor Pack (Tiana) and Lauren Thornton (Braden); his grandsons, Michael, William, River and Finn; his siblings, Leslie Rossi (Eric), Martin Pack (Kazumi) and Nicole Pack; and his parents-in-law, Bernard Baker (Carol) and Helen Baker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
