He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amy Park and Theodore R. Johnson; his wife Merlene Palmer; his children, Bob Johnson, Shelley Johnson and Sydney Jones (Kyle); his grandchildren, Brooke McIntire (Jake), Mitchell Johnson (Bri), Matthew Jones (Kendal), Nate Jones, Mark Jones, Libby Levine and Macey Levine; his great grandchildren, Grant McIntire and Charlotte McIntire; and his sister-in-law Jeri Johnson Ventura.
In lieu of flowers, Joe would be honored by a contribution to the Humanitarian Aid Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
