He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth and Derwood; his brother-in-law Dee Durrant; his wife Thora Louise Lewis; and his children, Katreena Peterson (Dean), Dara Lewis, Annette Lewis, Thomas Lewis (Carolyn), Brian Lewis, Kirk Hansen (Lou Ann), Heidi Godfrey (Kirk), Jill Jensen (Del) and Joel Hansen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
