He was predeceased by: his parents, John Glenn Minson and Marie Eliason Minson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Minson; his children, BJ Minson (Maggie), Michael Minson (Saaraa), Steven Minson (Jeff), Adacy Mancilla (Jennifer), Seth Minson, Thomas Minson, Maureen Minson Meldrum (Brian), Julia Minson Palmieri (Paolo), Karin Minson Chamberlain (Scott) and MarySarah Minson; and his siblings, Paul Minson, Marcia Minson Sutton and Lona Minson Miller. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
