He is survived by: his wife Marianne Swenson; his mother Carol Voniel Jacobsen; and his daughters, Leah Apodaca (Joey), Carlie Allred (Klint), Kaitlyn Young (Annie) and Holly Hainsworth (Chris). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and his siblings.
