He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Rember; his wife Diane; his daughters, Lisa Chavez (David Hall) of Kanab and Raelyn Gauthier (Dale) of Kanab; his stepchildren, Tabitha, John, Luke, Brittany and Douglas; and his siblings, Delores, Tom (Linda), Robert (Eunice), Tony (Pat), Hopi (Rex), Rosemary Black (Lamont) and Arthur (Agatha). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
