He is survived by: his children, Gavin and Megan (Brycie); his parents, William Edward Rankin and Geraldine Alexius Rankin; his stepmother Heather Lynne Rankin; and his siblings, Ronald Rankin (Cory), Rhonda Pickering (Farrell), Raymond Rankin (Heather Leanne), Rose Donalson (Scott), Rachael Rankin, Ryan Rankin (Vicki), David Rankin (Cecily), Lauren Rankin (Ben), Joseph Rankin and Ashley Brunner (Cory). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
