He was predeceased by: his parents, Garn Perkins and Lucille Perkins; and his nephew Andrew Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Perkins (Heather), Bryan Perkins and Kristy Guerry (Lee); his wife Anita Infanger; and his grandchildren, Mathew Smith, Thomas Perkins, Nathan Perkins and Libby Perkins.
